A company that produces goods and a supply chain business needs to manage the order fulfilment from inventory management, warehousing, to the distribution of goods in a timely and efficient manner.
Manual Process Before OrangeWorkforce RPA:
- Customer Service daily read, and track received emails on goods delivery notice (GDA)
- Customer Service will forward the email to respective customers
- Customer Service will download undelivered listing reports from ERP system.
- Supervisor will track on the goods to be delivered to which warehouse daily
- Supervisor will provide report list to different warehouse teams to inform the expected goods arrival.
- Once received at warehouse, Finance team will issue invoice to customer, and supervisor also needs to track each customer is billed accordingly.

- Every day, the bot scans incoming emails containing goods delivery notices and forwards them to the appropriate customers according to a customer listing file.
