3. Collection Of Personal Data

Personally Identifiable Information. You remain anonymous when you browse this website. We do not collect personal information if you are only browsing this website. In order to access and use the Service, you are required to provide certain personal information to create an account. We may request personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and other information that renders you identifiable. Thus, when you opt to avail of OrangeFIN’s Services, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing of your information only as described in this Policy. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the App and our Service, for technical administration of the App, to increase the functionality and user-friendliness of our App and our Service, and to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

We use your information (and the information you provide to us) to perform and provide you with the Service and to communicate with you. We will not share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies, unless we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We may share any of the information we gather about you with third party agents and service providers to facilitate the operation of the App and Service, to provide the App and our Service or functions on our behalf and to perform related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Service’s features), or to assist us in analyzing how our App and Service is used. These third parties may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. These third parties may be located outside Malaysia.

We will cooperate with the Malaysian government, statutory bodies, police and private parties to enforce and comply with the law and will disclose any information about you to them as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, to protect our property and rights or those of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.

We may share aggregated information that does not include personal information and we may otherwise disclose such information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic and analytical profiling, and other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your personal information.

We guarantee that your personal information is permanently deleted or disposed once it is no longer required to fulfill its original purpose, or as is required by the law.

OrangeFIN takes all reasonable measures to guarantee that your information is accurate, complete, updated, and consistent with the purpose for which the information was collected.

If you like to have access to your personal information; determine how your personal information were used; to whom it was disclosed to, and/ or the reason for the disclosure of your personal information to the intended recipients, you may request it to us either through company’s email or telephone number. You may also request to correct personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated. We will exert reasonable efforts to resolve and/or address requests for access and information changes, as well as notices on withdrawal of consent, insofar as OrangeFIN’s database is concerned, within a reasonable time from receipt of said request. OrangeFIN shall have no obligation to correct personal information already transmitted to third parties pursuant to your application for the third parties’ financial products.
