We are pleased to announce a significant development in our organisation. Effective January 1, 2024, Mr. Ng Kai Thim (Thim) has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) overseeing the following key subsidiaries within Insite MY Holdings, operating under AsiaFIN Holdings Corp. (ASFH OTCQB Traded). The companies are:

 

Thim brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in the IT industry. His journey within our company has been marked by significant contributions, having served as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for 4 years before assuming the role of Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) for 5 years.

 

As the new CEO, Thim is ready to lead the company to new heights by leveraging his experience and strategic insights that will undoubtedly shape our future success. We are confident that Thim’s exceptional leadership skills will continue to drive success and innovation, ensuring the sustainable growth and realisation of our long-term strategic plans.

 

Simultaneously, Mr Robin Hoo Swee Ping (Robin), former CEO of the above companies, will continue to serve as Group CEO of Insite MY Holdings, ensuring oversight of the strategic direction and growth of our overarching organisation. Robin will direct his strategic efforts to grow the group’s business beyond Malaysia, with a dedicated focus on growth in the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Cambodia.
