OrangeWorkforce Core Capabilities
OrangeWorkforce is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform designed to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
Automation & Orchestration
OrangeWorkforce provides centralised management of workflows, scripts, and bot operations, with built-in monitoring, security, and configuration controls.
Flexible Deployment
The platform supports deployment across multiple environments, including desktops, on-premises servers, cloud, and virtual machines, allowing organisations to scale automation as needed.
Process Recording & Execution
Users can capture repetitive tasks with a built-in recorder and convert them into deployable automation scripts, enabling consistent and reliable execution across the organisation.
Attended & Unattended Automation
OrangeWorkforce supports both human-assisted workflows and fully unattended automation, ensuring flexibility for a range of business processes.
Screen Scraping & UI Automation Capabilities
OrangeWorkforce provides comprehensive screen scraping and UI automation across web, desktop, enterprise, and legacy systems. Our platform supports the following UI connectors through native integrations and underlying automation frameworks:
1. Web Automation (Selenium IDE)
OrangeWorkforce supports both human-assisted workflows and fully unattended automation, ensuring flexibility for a range of business processes.
2. Enterprise Windows Automation (Microsoft UI Automation)
The platform leverages the Microsoft UI Automation (UIA) framework via Appium to identify and interact with native Windows UI elements. This enables stable, object-based automation for Win32 and .NET applications, independent of screen resolution and UI layout changes.
3. SAP WinGUI Automation
OrangeWorkforce provides deep support for SAP WinGUI automation, enabling bots to interact with SAP screens, fields, transactions, and workflows. This allows end-to-end automation of ERP and financial processes without manual intervention.

4. Java Application Connector
OrangeWorkforce provides native automation support for Java Swing and AWT applications by interfacing with the Windows Accessibility and Java UI object layers. This allows structured elements recognition rather than image-only automation.
5. Legacy & Surface Automation (Windows GUI)
For legacy systems that do not expose an object model, OrangeWorkforce supports Windows GUI-based screen scraping using advanced surface automation techniques. These include template-based image matching, bitmap comparison, and coordinate-based logic to reliably interact with non-standard user interfaces.
