Manual Process Before OrangeWorkforce RPA:
- Receive booking confirmation from the customer, verify details, and manually create a job number in the iCCL system.
- Apply for ROT (Request of Transport) in the iCCL system.
- The export declaration is submitted to the customs system, and a hard copy is presented to Customs.
Automated Process with OrangeWorkforce RPA:
- Booking confirmation received from the shipper is updated in the ICCL system.
- Request for Transport: Transport is requested via the ROT module in the ICCL system.
- Export documents (customer invoice & packing list) are retrieved from the input folder to extract items for declaration and perform freight calculation.
- Export Declaration is prepared in the custom system (ALDEC) for user verification before submission.
