Account Receivables is an important part of LWE’s operations. Account Receivables refer to the balance of money from a company’s goods or services being delivered or used, but has not yet been paid for by the customer. To ensure that the customer is notified and their payment is recorded in the company’s database correctly, a lot of documentation and IT processes are required.
Among the business’ pain points include having a process that takes a considerable amount of time due to its dependency on humans, which leads to human errors ocassionally, increased time taken and uncessary costs.
To overcome these challenges, OrangeWorkforce software robots were implemented as a digital solution to automate the end-to-end Account Receivables process, leading to reduced time taken and reduced costs including human resources. With >1500 invoices being processed monthly, 10 minutes per invoice, 60% of total processing time was saved.
